A study done by UCLA researchers aslo discovered that just a single night of insufficient sleep can make an older adults cells age quicker.
3. Not wearing SPF
It has been reported that up to 90% of the visible skin changes commonly attributed to ageing are caused by the sun.
With proper protection from UV radiation, most premature ageing of the skin can be avoided.
4. Alcohol
Alcohol reduces collagen and elastin production and increases inflammation in the body.
Alcohol also impacts the quality of your sleep, which we know is also linked to premature ageing.
